Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using this website or requesting services from BuildersDoc™.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing www.buildersdoc.com or engaging BuildersDoc™ for installation services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request services through it.

2. Who we are

BuildersDoc™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a commercial installation partner providing vetted, licensed crews for brand programs, commercial build-outs, and related installation work. Contact: info@buildersdoc.com · 805.300.1156.

3. Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only—to learn about our services, request information, or contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site operation or security.

4. No guarantee from website content

Information on this website is for general business purposes and may be updated at any time. It does not create a binding contract, warranty, or service commitment until a separate written agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing, capacity, and coverage are discussed case by case.

5. Service engagements

Installation work, crew placement, training, and related services are governed by a separate partner agreement, work order, or master services agreement. Those documents control scope, insurance, compliance, payment, warranties, and liability. In case of conflict, the signed commercial agreement prevails over these website terms.

6. Lead forms and communications

When you submit a contact or “Build With Us” form, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or other means you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, logos (including the BuildersDoc™ mark), design, and copy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our marks or materials without prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

This site may reference partners or third parties. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement unless we say so expressly.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability related to website use shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This does not limit liability under a separate signed services agreement, which may set its own limits.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any right of another party, to the extent allowed by law.

12. Privacy

Information you provide through forms or email is used to respond to inquiries and operate our business. We do not sell personal contact information. For questions about how we handle data, contact us at the email above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from website use shall be state or federal courts located in California, unless a signed services agreement specifies otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date below reflects the latest revision.
